Start your mushroom cultivation with our premium King Oyster Grain Spawn, available in approximately 1.5 kg units. King Oyster (Pleurotus eryngii) is produced as second-generation (G2) grain spawn from carefully selected commercial fruiting genetics chosen for vigorous mycelial growth, rapid colonization, thick stem development, excellent biological efficiency, and consistent yields. Each bag contains fully colonized premium corn grain, providing a vigorous inoculum ready for expansion onto pasteurized or sterilized bulk substrates.

Every grain spawn bag is prepared under strict sterile laboratory conditions and inspected before shipment to ensure vigorous, contamination-free colonization. King Oyster is prized for its thick, meaty stems, broad caps, excellent shelf life, rich umami flavor, and outstanding culinary versatility, making it one of the world's most popular gourmet mushrooms. Grain spawn is ideal for inoculating a wide variety of hardwood-based bulk substrates for reliable mushroom production.

Freshly Prepared:

To ensure maximum viability and vigor, every grain spawn bag is prepared fresh to order. Please allow approximately 2–3 weeks for grain preparation, sterilization, inoculation, complete colonization, quality inspection, and packaging before shipment.
