Refund policy

Damages and issues:

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 24 hours if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. Please provide images to describe your case. 

Due to the perishable nature of our products returns are not accepted. However, if your item is damaged upon arrival we will send you a replacement right away.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received your return request, and let you know if the request was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
