Order Processing:
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.
Certain made-to-order products, including liquid cultures, grain spawn, agar cultures, and slant cultures, may require additional preparation time before shipment. When applicable, estimated lead times will be communicated before dispatch.

Local Delivery:
Free local delivery is available within selected areas of Dammam, Khobar, and Dhahran. Customers located within the eligible delivery radius will automatically see the local delivery option during checkout.
Local deliveries are typically completed within 1–2 business days after payment is received.

Shipping Within Saudi Arabia:
Orders are shipped from Dhahran, Saudi Arabia.
Delivery times within Saudi Arabia typically range from 2–5 business days depending on destination, carrier schedules, and public holidays.
Shipping charges are calculated during checkout based on the selected delivery method and destination.

Live Plants:
Live plants are carefully packaged to minimize stress during transport.
Upon arrival, plants should be unpacked promptly and placed in a shaded location for several days before gradually introducing them to direct sunlight.
While every effort is made to ensure plants arrive in excellent condition, minor cosmetic damage may occasionally occur during transit and does not affect the health or viability of the plant.

Canned Products:
Canned products are carefully packaged in glass jars for shipment.
Customers should inspect packages upon arrival and report any shipping-related damage within 48 hours of delivery. Photographs of the damaged product and packaging may be required to process a claim.
Store unopened products according to the storage instructions provided on the product page.

Mushroom Cultures and Cultivation Supplies:
Liquid cultures, agar cultures, slant cultures, grain spawn, and other cultivation supplies are prepared under sterile conditions.
Some products may require additional preparation time depending on strain availability and production schedules. Estimated lead times will be communicated when applicable.
Customers should inspect culture and spawn shipments upon arrival and contact us promptly if any issues are identified.

Shipping Restrictions:
Customers are responsible for ensuring that products ordered are permitted in their location and can be received safely.
