Order Processing:
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received. Certain made-to-order products, including liquid cultures, mother cultures, and slant cultures, may require additional preparation time before shipment. When applicable, estimated lead times will be communicated before dispatch.

Local Delivery:
Free local delivery is available within selected areas of Dammam, Khobar, and Dhahran. Customers located within the eligible delivery radius will automatically see the local delivery option during checkout.
Local deliveries are typically completed within 1–2 business days after payment is received.

Shipping Within Saudi Arabia:
Orders are shipped from Dhahran, Saudi Arabia.
Delivery times within Saudi Arabia typically range from 2–5 business days depending on destination, carrier schedules, and public holidays.
Shipping charges are calculated during checkout based on the selected shipping method and destination.

Live Plants:
Live plants are carefully packaged to minimize stress during transport. Upon arrival, plants should be unpacked promptly and placed in a shaded location for several days before gradually introducing them to direct sunlight. While every effort is made to ensure plants arrive in excellent condition, minor cosmetic damage during transit may occasionally occur and does not affect the health or viability of the plant. Aggietropicals reserves the right to delay shipment during periods of extreme weather to help ensure plants arrive in the best possible condition.

Canned Products:
Canned products are carefully packaged in glass jars to help ensure safe delivery. Customers should inspect their order upon arrival and report any shipping-related damage within 48 hours of delivery. Clear photographs of the damaged product, packaging, and shipping label may be required to process a replacement or shipping claim. Store unopened products according to the storage instructions provided on the product page.

Mushroom Cultures and Cultivation Supplies:
Liquid cultures, mother cultures, slant cultures, and other cultivation products are produced under strict sterile laboratory conditions and inspected prior to shipment. Customers should inspect their order upon arrival and contact us within 48 hours if any issues are identified, providing clear photographs when applicable. Due to customs inspections, shipping conditions, and transit times beyond our control, Aggietropicals cannot guarantee the viability of live cultures after delivery outside Saudi Arabia. Liquid culture syringes are supplied without needles.

Shipping Restrictions:
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the products they order are permitted for import into their country or region. Aggietropicals is not responsible for customs delays, import duties, taxes, brokerage fees, confiscation, destruction, or refusal of products by customs or other regulatory authorities. Orders returned due to import restrictions or failure to comply with local regulations may not be eligible for a refund.

International Shipping:
International shipping is available to selected destinations. Delivery times vary depending on the destination country, customs processing, and carrier services. Customers are responsible for ensuring that the products they order comply with all applicable import laws and regulations in their country. Any customs duties, taxes, brokerage fees, or other import charges are the responsibility of the customer. Aggietropicals is not responsible for delays, confiscation, or refusal of shipments by customs or regulatory authorities.
