Customer Satisfaction:
Customer satisfaction is important to us. If you experience an issue with your order, please contact us as soon as possible so we can review the issue and work toward a fair resolution.
Live Plants:
Live plants are living products and may experience minor cosmetic changes during shipping. Refunds or replacements are only offered for plants that arrive dead on arrival or with severe shipping damage. Claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photographs of the plant, packaging, and shipping label. Damage resulting from improper care, environmental conditions after delivery, transplant shock, or delays in reporting is not eligible for a refund or replacement.
Canned Products:
If a canned product arrives damaged during shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photographs of the product, packaging, and shipping label. Eligible claims may qualify for a replacement or refund at Aggietropicals' discretion. Due to the nature of food products, opened or consumed products are not eligible for return or refund unless they arrived damaged or defective.
Mushroom Cultures and Cultivation Supplies:
Liquid cultures, mother cultures, slant cultures, and other cultivation products are produced under strict sterile laboratory conditions and inspected prior to shipment. Due to the biological nature of these products, all sales are final once shipped. Customers should inspect their order upon arrival and contact us within 48 hours of delivery if the product arrives damaged or there are concerns regarding product quality, providing clear photographs of the product, packaging, and shipping label. Successful cultivation depends on proper storage, handling, sterile technique, and growing conditions, which are beyond our control. For international shipments, Aggietropicals cannot guarantee culture viability after delivery due to customs inspections, transit times, or shipping conditions outside our control. Liquid culture syringes are supplied without needles.
Order Cancellations:
Orders may be cancelled before they have been shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. If an order contains made-to-order products, including liquid cultures, mother cultures, or slant cultures, preparation may begin shortly after the order is placed, and cancellation requests will be accommodated only if production has not yet started.
Incorrect Shipping Information:
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information during checkout. Aggietropicals is not responsible for delays, lost shipments, or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer. Orders returned due to incorrect addresses, failed delivery attempts, or refusal of delivery may be subject to additional shipping charges before they can be reshipped.
